• Refunds before listing approval: If your property listing has not yet been approved and published on our platform, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. A 25% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.
• Refunds after listing approval: Once your property listing has been approved and published, no refunds will be issued for the listing fee. - Promotional Services Fees
If you have purchased any promotional services such as featured listings or premium placement for your property, the following refund policy applies:
• Refunds before services are activated: If your promotional services have not yet been activated, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. A 25% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.
• Refunds after services are activated: Once the promotional services have been activated, no refunds will be issued for the promotional services fee. - General Refund Guidelines
